Journaling: I dream of being a great mom and a wonderful spouse. I work on building the foundation of that dream by trying to be present in the moment. I think I can do a better job though if I were to take care of my health a bit better - more sleep and more exercise would
likely make a huge impact so I can be more fully present.. It's hard for me to be in demand so often, but I try to see it as a blessing because I am so lucky to be adored and needed by my husband and daughters. I do hope and dream that I will have a strong marriage that endures until (continued on part 2)
